Fiona Hooper

Osteopath & Orofacial Myologist

Meet Fiona, Osteopath and Orofacial Myologist, on a mission to redefine wellness and spread health and joy one smile at a time. Growing up with boundless ambition and a heart set on helping others, Fiona embarked on a career that marries her passions for health and humanity.

Her journey began amidst her parents' medical challenges, igniting a desire to improve their quality of life and alleviate their ailments. Fiona's drive to make a difference led her to Osteopathy, fueled by her own experiences as an elite athlete plagued by unresolved injuries. Dissatisfied with conventional treatments, she found solace in Osteopathy's holistic approach, focusing on improving function and reducing pain.

In addition to her professional achievements, Fiona has run with the 2000 Olympic Torch, lived in a caravan for 3 years while traveling and working as ‘The Wandering Osteopath’ around Australia, and even has an award named after her at Mildura Little Athletics. Fiona and her family appeared in 4 episodes of 'What's up down under' on Channel 10, adding a touch of adventure to her life's colourful tapestry.

But Fiona's passion extends beyond her professional endeavours; it's rooted in a deep love for helping people. She doesn't focus on pain, injuries, or problems; instead, she strives to uncover health and the best version of each individual. Fiona's fascination with the human body knows no bounds, from its incredible sporting performance capabilities to the miracle of childbirth. She's a generalist at heart, finding joy and fulfillment in all aspects of her practice.

Join Fiona on her journey as she combines expertise with empathy, laughter with learning, and passion with purpose. Together, let's rewrite the narrative of health and happiness, one smile, and one story at a time.
