In clinic she currently offers:

  • Ayurvedic Consultation. Consultations aid you in understanding what state of balance or imbalance you are currently in and understand what symptoms you are experiencing and perhaps why from an Ayurvedic perspective. Utilising Ayurvedic pulse, tongue, facial and sclera assessment, Dosha quiz and diet and lifestyle review to get a good understanding about what the body is showing. This information is then used to develop an Ayurvedic plan tailored to your own individual needs inclusive of Ayurvedic practices, lifestyle, dietary, herbal and treatment recommendations.
  • Abhyanga Massage. Abhyanga is a full bodyAyurvedic massage. It is focused on stimulating your lymphatic system. Thistreatment helps to cleanse and revitalise the body through dispelling the buildup of toxins in the body and in your lymphatic fluid whilst also fortifyingyour immunity. Through using warm, organic, herbal oils and specific strokesAbhyanga can achieve its desired affect.
  • Shirodhara.  Is a treatment focused on your nervoussystem. It aims to bring you out of your sympathetic nervous system and into aparasympathetic state of true rest and repair for the body and mind. It isrejuvenating and stabilising for mind and body. The oil is poured directly ontoyour forehead between the brows or the third eye in a slow stream through outshirodhara brass bowl and rope, which gently brings you into a state ofrelaxation and in some cases meditation. This process is said to stimulate thepineal gland which is responsible for synthesising Serotonin and Melatonin. Thetreatment also involves hand, foot massage and head massage to ground, calm andsupport the body before and after the treatment.
  • Kati or Greeva basti. These Ayurvedic treatmentsare used to treat discomfort and pain arising anywhere along the spinal column. The treatment involves a well of dough which we call a Basti, placed on theaffected area. Warmed oil is poured in and the temperature is maintained for 20minutes. The oil penetrates, warms and opens the tissues to be accepting andsafe for back massage. Afterwards a soft tissue massage is done according toAyurvedic principles.
  • Postpartum package in clinic. Perfect for the new mum needing a little rejuvenation. Expect to be pampered with a herbal foot soak, a gentle guided breath and meditation practice prior to a nourishing, warm, postpartum massage with organic oils. Return home feeling nourished and cared for.
