Kundaveda
A blended experience harnessing ayurvedic wisdom to determine your imbalance. Coupling Kundalini, breath, herbal oil & massage to remove toxins, energy, tentions patterns and resistance from the body. The depth of the individual will determine the journey & the level of reflection through clairsentience.
The abdomen may also be massaged on during this expience - as an additional add on.
Ayurvedic Abdominal Restoration
The abdomen is a sensitive and vital center that benefits deeply from the nurturing touch of an ayurvedic warm herbal oil massage. Specifically designed to reduce bloating, stimulate healthy bowl movements, ease emotional tension held within organs (stress, anger, fear) enhances blood flow & supports your digestive system, promoting a sense of lightness and clam.
Ideal as a stand alone treatment for digestive support or as a restorative addition to any other ayurvedic service.

Foot Ritual Sacred Waters, Washing Of The Feet
The warmth of sweet scented water, flower petals, begin our ritual as we clean the feet and prepare for soothing massage, foot mask with reflexology.
Other option: Chakra point mantra & healing, stimulation of the chakra points through the feet as we chant mantra.
Face Ritual

Lomi Lomi
This massage is a deep dream, a drop in of another verity in which your body is asked to let go.
We flush out your channels, providing more energy to the system and inviting a cleanse of toxins from organs and energy centers.
It's a slow fluid motion that invites movement of the water element in the body.
Mantra & Massage
This is a very specific sequence in which a chant is spoken to activate and balance the energy in each chakra system, either while the massage is happening or with hands above sensitive areas.
This can be preformed on the feet or the core of the body.
For best results, add to your relaxation massage and select feet or as part of massage.
Basti
Janu Basti: located on the knee.
Hridaya Basti: placed on the heart. Works to improve the functioning of the heart.
Griva Basti: placed on the upper portion of the back and neck.
Kati Basti: placed on the lower back.

Shiradhara
'Shira' means head and 'dhara' means the continuous flow of liquid. A continuous stream of medicated oil is poured on the forehead from a specially designed vessel.This treatment is unique to Ayurveda and is one of the most relaxing and divine therapies one can experience.
This deeply soothing therapy helps to relieve stress, anxiety, insomnia, hypertension, migraine, slow the ageing process, premature greying of the hair, alopecia and ultimately strengthens the overall physical constitution of the individual. For maximum effect it is performed over a continuous number of days.
Ist treatment - $190.
2nd and consecutive treatments – $150.

Ayurveda Assessment & Kundalini Yoga
These sessions are specifically tailored as medicine to balance your current imbalances. For centuries ayurvedic doctors have been using Kundalini Kriyas to maintain a healthy balance of the bodies biological systems. In the fist session, we establish your current imbalance, dosha (energy constitution) and work through meditation and counseling, holding space for whats there. This is similar to your health assessment from your GP only more detailed and takes roughly an hour.
The next two sessions, we ignites the journey of this medicine combination, through a prescribed kriya, reflection and mentoring. A video of the class will be provided for you to continue your practice as needed.
