Shipping & Delivery

1. Shipping Regions

We currently ship throughout Queensland andAustralia. If you are located outside of these areas, please contact us directly to inquire about custom shipping arrangements.

2. Order Processing Times

Orders are typically processed within 2–4business days (excluding weekends and public holidays). You will receive a confirmation email once your order is processed and dispatched.

3. Delivery Times

Standard shipping times within QLD: 3–7business days.
Express shipping times within QLD: 1–3 business days.

Please note delivery times are approximate and subject to courier service timelines.

4. Shipping Fees

Shipping is calculated at checkout based on the weight, size, and destination of your order. Free shipping may be offered during promotional periods or for orders over a specified value.

5. Tracking Your Order

Once your order has shipped, you will receive tracking information via email. You can monitor the status and estimated delivery time directly via the courier’s tracking system.

6. Local Pickup

Local pickup from House of Alcheme may be available on request. Please wait for a confirmation email advising your order is ready before arriving.

7. Damaged or Missing Items

If your item arrives damaged, incomplete, oris lost in transit, please notify us within 5 business days of delivery. We will liaise with the courier and, where appropriate, offer a replacement or refund.

8. Address Accuracy

Please ensure your shipping address is correct at checkout. We are not responsible for delays or lost parcels due to incorrect addresses.

9. Returns Due to Non-Collection

If a parcel is returned to us due tonon-collection or an incorrect address, re-shipping fees will apply. Refunds are not issued for unclaimed packages unless pre-approved.
