Red light therapy is extremely safe with no UV exposure, heat, or known side effects. It's non-invasive and pain-free. Unlike tanning beds, our therapy uses specific wavelengths that are clinically proven to be beneficial without causing damage.
Just yourself – we provide everything needed for your light journey including fresh towels, shower facilities, shampoo, conditioner, body wash, toiletries, herbal tea, nourishing special treats, intuitive messages and filtered water. Sessions are also done nude in your private chamber to maximise your skin's light absorption.
While some clients notice immediate effects like improved skin glow and reduced inflammation, optimal results typically develop over time:
- Skin improvement: 4-6 weeks
- Muscle recovery: 1-2 sessions
- Pain reduction: 2-4 weeks
- Hair growth: 8-12 weeks
The key difference lies in how deep the light travels into your body. Red light (620–700nm) penetrates skin-deep, perfect for enhancing complexion and surface healing, while near-infrared light (850–940nm) reaches deeper into muscles and joints for internal healing. We use both in our treatments because each wavelength has its sweet spot for different therapeutic benefits — it's like tuning into different layers of the body’s healing intelligence, from surface to core.

While generally safe for most people, consult your healthcare provider if you:

For best results, we advise refraining from all those cheeky luxuries, coffee, alcohol and other stimulants at least 48 hours prior to your session. And avoid eating 2 hours prior to your session.
We recommend you shower at least 30 min after for maximum detoxification benefits. Otherwise, you can resume normal activities, there's no downtime or recovery period needed.
