1. Introduction

Welcome to House of Alcheme and Alcheme Collective. By accessing our services, website, or physical spaces, you agree to the terms outlined below. These terms apply to all clients, members, practitioners, and visitors.

2. Who we serve

Guests must be 18+ or supervised by a guardian with a signed Minor Waiver. You must be physically and mentally fit to participate in our offerings. Our services complement but do not replace licensed medical care.

3. Bookings, payments and cancelations

All bookings must be paid prior to commencing session. Cancellations under 24 hours may forfeit the full fee. Reschedules under 12 hours may incur a 50% fee. Repeated no-shows may result in restrictions.

4. Payment methods

We accept Stripe, Square, EFTPOS, bank transfer. Failed payments incur a $15 dishonour fee.

5. Membership agreement

12-month minimum. Non-transferable. 6-week pause limit with 2 weeks' notice. Auto-renews unless cancelled with 14 days' notice. Failure to pay may result in suspension.

6. Room hire and collective bookings

Practitioners must follow booking times, maintain cleanliness, provide insurance/qualifications, and are liable for their clients. We reserve the right to suspend access for violations.

7. Conditions of entry

Respect all staff, guests, and property. No alcohol or drug use. Use equipment as directed. Alert staff to any discomfort. Failure to follow instructions may result in removal.

8. Service-specific risk warning

Includes all House of Alcheme modalities(Sauna, Float, Red Light, Hyperbaric, Contrast Therapy, Hydrogen, Normatec, BrainTap). Each has unique risks and contraindications. Use is at your own risk. See full details on our website.

9. Responisbility for health disclosure

Clients are solely responsible for disclosing medical conditions, sensitivities, or contraindications. Failure to disclose waives all liability.

10. Communicaple illness policy

Do not attend if you are unwell or have tested positive for any communicable illness. Entry may be denied to protect others.

11. Emergency protocol

Staff may contact emergency services or listed emergency contacts. Staff are not medical professionals.

12. Photography and media consent

Photos/videos may be taken for promotional use. Notify staff in writing if you do not consent to image use.

13. Force majeure

We are not liable for disruptions caused by external events such as natural disasters, lockdowns, or power failures.

14. Privacy policy

We comply with the Privacy Act 1988 (Cth).Your data is securely stored and used only for booking, safety, or compliance. You may request access, correction, or deletion at any time.

15. Liability waiver

You voluntarily assume full responsibility for participating in our services and release us from liability unless due to proven gross negligence.

16. Minor waiver

Minors require signed consent and must be supervised. Not all services are appropriate for those under 18.

17. Indemnity

You agree to indemnify House of Alcheme and Alcheme Collective from any losses, claims, or legal actions arising from your use of our services or breach of these terms.

18. Governing law

These terms are governed by Queensland law. Disputes will be handled in Queensland courts.
