Inner Work Clinical Psychology
At Inner Work Clinical Psychology, therapy is viewed as an act of self-care - an opportunity to reflect and reconnect with your values, strengths, wants and needs. The practice offers evidence-based, empathic psychological support for individuals navigating low self-esteem, anxiety, depression, panic disorder, relationship difficulties, life transitions, PTSD, and childhood trauma.
Founder and principal psychologist, Mariana Cabral holds a Master’s degree in Clinical Psychology from the Australian College of Applied Psychology in Sydney and a Bachelor’s degree in Psychology from Brazil. Mariana is trained in Existential Therapy, Cognitive Behavioural Therapy (CBT), Schema Therapy, and Eye Movement Desensitisation and Reprocessing (EMDR). Her approach blends clinical expertise with genuine warmth and curiosity, creating a safe, collaborative environment where clients feel seen, supported, and empowered to do meaningful inner work.
At its heart, Inner Work is about helping people live more aligned, intentional, and fulfilling lives—one insight, one shift, one session at a time.
